Our webshop is developed using CCV Shop software. Personal data that you provide for our services is shared with this party. CCV Shop has access to your data to offer us (technical) support but will never use it for any other purpose. CCV Shop is obligated by our agreement to take appropriate security measures. CCV Shop uses cookies to collect technical information about your use of the software, but no personal data is collected or stored.

Web Hosting

CCV Shop
We use CCV Shop for web hosting and email services. CCV Shop processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about service usage. These are not personal data. CCV Shop has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent data loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. CCV Shop is obligated to confidentiality under our agreement.

We also use CCV Shop for our regular business email communications. This party has taken appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, and corruption of your and our data. CCV Shop does not have access to our inbox, and we treat all email communications confidentially.

Payment Processors

CCV Shop
For processing payments in our webshop, we use CCV Shop. CCV Shop processes your name, address, and payment details, such as your bank account or credit card number. They have implemented technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. CCV Shop reserves the right to use the data to improve its services and may share anonymized data with third parties for this purpose. If you request deferred payment (credit facility), CCV Shop shares personal data and financial information with credit rating agencies. All safeguards mentioned above regarding data protection apply to third-party services used by CCV Shop. CCV Shop retains your data only as permitted by legal time limits.

Reviews

WebwinkelKeur
We collect reviews via WebwinkelKeur. If you leave a review through WebwinkelKeur, you must provide your name and email address. WebwinkelKeur shares this data with us to link your review to your order. WebwinkelKeur also publishes your name on its website. In some cases, WebwinkelKeur may contact you for clarification on your review. If we invite you to leave a review, we share your name and email address with WebwinkelKeur. They use this information only to send you an invitation for a review. WebwinkelKeur has taken security measures to protect your personal data. They may involve third parties in their services, for which we have given our consent. All security measures regarding data protection apply to the services they outsource.

Shipping and Logistics

DPD
When you place an order with us, we must deliver the package to you. We use DPD for deliveries. To fulfill this service, we share your name, address, and residence details with DPD. DPD only uses this information to execute the delivery agreement. If DPD uses subcontractors, they may also access your data.

Invoicing and Accounting

E-boekhouden
For our accounting and bookkeeping, we use E-boekhouden. We share your name, address, and order details with them to administer sales invoices. Your personal data is securely transmitted and stored. E-boekhouden is obligated to confidentiality and will treat your data confidentially. They do not use your personal data for any other purpose than stated above.

Purpose of Data Processing

General Purpose of Processing
We use your data solely to provide our services. This means that processing is always directly related to the order you provide. We do not use your data for targeted marketing.
